Description: • Monitor network infrastructure using various network management tools to ensure uptime and performance. • Detect and troubleshoot network incidents, identifying root causes and implementing timely resolutions. • Escalate reputed company technical issues to senior team members or appropriate departments for resolution. • Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and communication. • Maintain accurate documentation of network incidents, configurations, and resolutions. • Participate in on-call rotation to reputed company 24/7 support for network-reputed company emergencies. • Contribute to the reputed company improvement of network monitoring processes and tools. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and architectures. • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reputed company network issues. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company reputed company. • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus. • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is an advantage.
