We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join reputed company as Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you’ll assist both existing and potential customers by providing a reputed company of information, from account details and product installations to general inquiries. You’ll be a key player in resolving issues using various contact methods, including email, live chat, and possibly videophone. What You Will Do: Respond to live chat inquiries on a business’s website or reputed company media channels, offering support, product information, and assistance with a variety of queries. reputed company helpful responses to customer questions, supply sales links, and promote discounts as part of the interaction.
