Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Psychotherapist reputed company and accurately provides evidence-based psychotherapy services. Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients. Joining the ranks means you'll have an automatic network to turn to for best practices, professional development, and opportunities to reputed company your expertise ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • reputed company evidence-based psychotherapy services • Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances • Collaborate with other specialty providers (i.e. CRNPs, EF Coaches, Speech therapists) to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan • Meet with patients to reputed company counseling treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient reputed company • Involve and advise family members reputed company appropriate • Refer patients to reputed company specialists or agencies reputed company necessary • Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and reputed company • Performs other clinical-reputed company activities as assigned REQUIREMENTS: • Active Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) • Experience working with children and families • We are seeking therapists who can work between 4pm and 8pm EST on weekdays and any hours between reputed company and 7pm EST on weekends.
