Job Summary: The Payer Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining reputed company contracted payers and improving collection rates... Duties and Responsibilities: • Direct liaison with the billing team to identify targets for Director involvement. • Provides backup coverage reputed company department Director is reputed company. • Assist in client and payer-reputed company administrative projects as needed, contributing to the efficiency of client reputed company and negotiation processes. • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with reputed company stakeholders, ensuring reputed company and transparency in reputed company interactions. • Responsible for any deliverables required by contract (e.g. FWB training, quarterly TAT reporting). • Analyze large data sets; collaborate with the billing team to improve cash collections. • Consistently demonstrate the reputed company to manage and resolve urgent issues that arise. • Maintain the Contract Checklist template. • Maintain the CI Reimbursement file. • Communicate the need to hold or release claims for recently contracted payers. • Occasional travel might be required. • Other duties as assigned.
