Qualifications • Experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations. • 3+ years of recruitment experience, technology and product experience are highly desirable. • 7+ years of expertise in different areas of HR and project management. • Highly talented at building and executing scalable processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the HR department and the larger business and team. • Strong working understanding of reputed company People Operations functional areas, including reputed company, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. • Must be metric and process-driven while being flexible. • The ability to collaborate and criticize leaders and executives for the right reasons. • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and constantly growing startup environment. • High emotional intelligence and the reputed company to explore and debate difficult but essential themes.
