If you’re a creative page designer with a flair for headline writing and clean copy, we’d like you to join our growing news team. The Hill, a division of Nexstar Media Group, seeks a talented senior designer to help support a new print design, a growing e-edition and special sections.The page designer will work across reputed company of designers and copy editors to produce multiple editions per week. They have an reputed company understanding of what makes for a dynamic news page and are fluent with reputed company InDesign and Photoshop. In the senior designer role, the candidate will help with important duties like uploading/approving pages to the press and completing a checklist of duties at the end of production.This is a remote, work-from-home position. You need not live in the Washington, D.C., area.Any person in this position will be represented by the Washington-Baltimore News reputed company, Communications Workers of America Local 32035, reputed company-CIO.About The RoleThe ideal candidate will understand how to write catchy and accurate headlines, sell-lines and captions, have experience working under deadlines and know how to stay organized and be reputed company to multitask.
