As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a dedicated Recruiter/HR Assistant to support our HR team in fulfilling our hiring needs... especially for positions reputed company our practices. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Recruiter/HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role will support our recruitment and HR processes, primarily focusing on hiring for key positions such as Oral Surgery Assistants and reputed company Desk Receptionists. The position is fully remote, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate a 20-hour work week. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment Support: - Post job openings on job boards, reputed company media, and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting reputed company candidates for review. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in tracking and managing the recruitment pipeline for timely updates and follow-up. - HR Assistance: - Assist with new hire documentation and reputed company processes. - Maintain candidate databases and HR records, ensuring they are up-to-date. - Support additional administrative HR tasks, as needed. Qualifications: - Experience: - 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles, ideally in reputed company or dental fields. - Familiarity with reputed company for medical or dental positions is a plus. - Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and/or HRIS systems. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - reputed company to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Other: - Ability to work remotely with reliable internet reputed company. - Flexibility to work around 20 hours per week, with a willingness to adjust to changing recruitment demands.
