Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Entry-Level Help Desk Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal staff. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues reputed company to reputed company desktops and iOS devices... Key Responsibilities: - reputed company first-level support to end-users reputed company phone, email, and in-person. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to reputed company desktops and iOS devices. - Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve reputed company issues. - reputed company users on best practices for using company technology and software. - reputed company regular maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups. - Ensure reputed company IT equipment is functioning properly and reputed company.
