Full Job Description Customer Service Representative for Maryland-based call center serving Maryland residents reputed company insurance coverage. During your training (3 weeks) and nesting (4 weeks) period, you must be reputed company to reputed company your own equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of high-volume Call Center AND with reputed company-reputed company customer service experience. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative · Answer inbound phone calls to reputed company information and assistance regarding health care insurance options. · Update customer and account information as needed. Update case records and notate purpose of call.
