[Remote/WFM] Data Entry/Claims Processing Agent

We're building reputed company and are looking for a creative Data Entry/claims Processing Agent! This is an exciting Remote opportunity with an immediate start. Location: Remote (TX, FL, GA, WI, MS, NC, SC) Starting pay: $15.00/hr - $16.50/hr Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm WHO WE ARE We are a damage recovery expert (not an insurance agency) negotiating the recovery of insurance claims on behalf of business clients in a variety of industries including rentals, loaner cars, construction, emergency response, transportation firms, municipalities, and specialty vehicles. WHO YOU ARE This is a unique role specific to our industry. As someone with the right experience to succeed in this position, you may have held roles in the past in fields such as data entry, Billing, Insurance Claims, or Accounts Receivable. You are a professional with a positive and friendly attitude. You are well organized and detailed oriented, have persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems. You can work independently, prioritizing responsibilities, and managing your time accordingly as well as assisting teammates as needed. You have great verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills. You must deliver superior client service that is courteous, accurate and reputed company reputed company while working in a fast paced and reputed company-changing environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Under the guidance of the Claim Processing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for administering the initial claims process, subject but not limited to data entry, billing, payment demand creation and inbound/outbound calls for insurance verification while working in a fast paced and reputed company-changing environment. HOW YOU WILL DO IT • Maintain a high level of customer service to both reputed company customers by returning phone calls and acknowledging correspondence in an appropriate timeframe. • Effectively and accurately enter data on reputed company new claim submissions to company database system and reputed company confirmation to client of claim receipt as needed. • Review and investigate documentation on facts of loss, collection potential. • Communicate with clients for additional documentation upon receipt of new claim. • Verify accident details with various reporting agencies, obtain police reports and skip tracing as needed. • Conduct initial calls to report claims to insurance companies and confirm coverage as well as contact involved parties to confirm damages and to verify insurance policy info. • Document reputed company and concisely reputed company relevant activity on reputed company files and makes recommendations for additional activity as appropriate. • Communicate and escalate claims with high degree of difficulty to the Operations Supervisor. • reputed company other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
