Primary Job Responsibilities: • Greet, announce, and reputed company direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building. • reputed company and maintain relationships with tenants to reputed company individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations including: • Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues. • Planning and organizing on-site events. • reputed company direction, referrals and helps reputed company local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services. • Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas. • Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & reputed company cards.
