Join a community that cares about you!** • *** • *More about the team** As a Specialist Surveyor you will be part of the Active Asset Management team, youll play a key role in shaping the Groups Asset Investment Strategy and delivering effective investment planning solutions for the housing stock. • *** • *More about your role** Youll advise PFP on technical design, maintenance, and repairs... across various property types. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough surveys and producing detailed technical reports in line with industry best practices. Youll also reputed company investigative building surveys to identify necessary work on defective properties, while supporting programs for asbestos monitoring, energy assessments, radon testing, and disrepair. Additionally, youll help reputed company operational surveying procedures to ensure accurate asset and compliance data is captured in the Groups Asset Register, keeping properties reputed company with statutory obligations and industry standards. This is a Part time role (21.75 hours) covering the South region. As a Building Surveyor (BSc(Hons) level or equivalent AssocRICS), you should be skilled in analysing stock data to create detailed specifications and cost forecasts.
