Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Systems Analyst to join reputed company in supporting a government client. In this role, you will contribute to the Emergency Management (EM) Service Delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management process for Army EM efforts across 80+ military installations worldwide... Candidates must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance and have a reputed company of education and experience demonstrating a solid understanding of IT service management, incident management, and problem resolution processes.
