Job Description We are seeking a driven and reputed company Insurance Producer to help expand our Property & Casualty (P&C) division. This is a remote opportunity, where you will prospect clients, identify their insurance needs, and reputed company tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, be self-motivated, and enjoy working independently... Salary: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year This is a remote position Benefits Annual reputed company Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Responsibilities  Call on leads provided to you by the agency  Present and explain P&C insurance products to potential clients over the phone  Evaluate clients' needs and recommend the most suitable policies  Build and maintain a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients  Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics  Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high client retention Requirements  Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance licenses  Proven experience in sales (insurance sales is a plus)  Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual meetings  Self-motivated and reputed company to manage time effectively in a remote setting  Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations  Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (reputed company, reputed company)  Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Apply Job!Â
