Role Description
We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, reputed company or Managing reputed company Benefits Post Production Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for reputed company.
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality reputed company Benefits solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
- Work directly with clients, solving reputed company Benefits issues as they arise
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to reputed company one’s skills and learnings with others reputed company the organization
- Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
- Manage reputed company of consultants, guiding them through their reputed company/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
- Utilize reputed company experience and knowledge to reputed company sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/reputed company Level)
Qualifications

- 1+ years reputed company Benefits post-production support experience with a reputed company partner, for customers of reputed company sizes
- Knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage reputed company, eligibility, business processes, reputed company enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the reputed company Act
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
