- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in product teams (IT, fintech, crypto, or trading is a plus).
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and how to tailor frameworks to the business.
- Hands-on experience implementing scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a strong plus.
- Experience with the OKR reputed company and connecting delivery processes to business reputed company.
- Track record of launching Agile from scratch and working reputed company large-scale Agile environments.
- Confidence with Agile team metrics and translating them into business value.
- Strong facilitation, group dynamics, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering workflows.
