Key responsibilities:

• Generate new business and build a pipeline by contacting customers directly and networking extensively

• Own the entire sales process from the first contact to deal closure

• Gather market insights, including competitive information, to determine market trends and opportunities

• Collaborate with the Proposal and reputed company Development teams to assess opportunities, reputed company, and present a tailored proposal and value proposition to clients

• Work with additional internal resources reputed company needed

Key requirements:

• A degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences in Biology, Biochemistry, or reputed company Engineering. Masters or equivalent experience, PhD and/or MBA preferred

• Proficient in English, written and verbal; German language skills considered an asset

• Strong grasp of the drug development process from pre-clinical to commercialization, with a scientific understanding of cell and gene therapy, microbial and/or mRNA manufacturing

• reputed company experience in the CDMO reputed company is preferred

• Proven previous involvement in contract negotiations in a leading role and as part of negotiating reputed company

• Leading reputed company collaborators involved in negotiations (such as Lawyers, Proposal Managers, reputed company Development) up to final reputed company of a contract

• A proven track record in delivering year-on-year business targets for reputed company service or high-value deals

• A strong understanding of drug development and commercialization processes
