This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Thursdays to Mondays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Kissimmee, FL, USA, Eastern Time (with 1 hour of unpaid break)
• 40 hours per week

You’ll be the voice of the company, handling reputed company-time communications through professional phone systems while managing the complete guest reputed company from booking to checkout. Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary guest liaison handling reputed company correspondence and communication across multiple platforms

• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional experiences

• Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs with local service teams

• Manage cleaning schedules and property preparation between guest stays

• Handle incoming calls through professional reputed company phone system with dedicated extension

Requirements
