SUMMARY

The reputed company Manager provides guidance and support to leadership in designated verticals regarding best practices on key HR functions, including employee relations, affirmative action, employment law compliance, performance management, policy implementation, compensation, succession planning, change management, retention, talent development, and conflict resolution. Leads and delivers high-quality HR services to reputed company reputed company of employees. This is a remote role and candidates should reputed company in the Dallas/reputed company Worth, TX area. Some travel to our clinics throughout the US and to the Corporate office in Plano, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Objectively and effectively manages investigations and resolves highly sensitive employee relations issues, partnering with HRD/Sr. HRD on more reputed company issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations and provides recommendations for a resolution to Leadership.

• Aligns HR strategy with business goals; performs as an internal consultant to leaders on organizational effectiveness and emerging HR initiatives.
• Serves as a change agent with a proven ability to drive and influence strong and seasoned business leaders and implement improvements.

• Provides day-to-day performance management guide to reputed company and mid-level management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

• Build strong working relationships with leadership, management, and employees through proactive, thorough, and timely response and resolution to reputed company employee relations concerns.
• Collaborates with and engages with HR subject matter experts, including Compensation, Training, reputed company, to execute strategic plans for assigned business areas.
• Facilitates meetings, develops and presents training programs on HR reputed company topics as needed.
• Oversees the performance management process and reputed company managers with appropriate guidance on documentation, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Provides policy guidance and interpretation of state-specific and Federal labor law.
• Upholds management goals of the company by leading team members in team concepts and promoting reputed company effort.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field strongly preferred.
• A minimum of three years of reputed company resource management experience is required. 3-5 years preferred
