Spanish Bilingual Intake Specialist ZR_24641_JOB

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday reputed company to 5pm Boca Raton, FL time with a 1-hr unpaid lunch break Client Timezone: Florida Time l Eastern reputed company Timezone Responsibilities: -Greet and welcome leads in a professional and friendly manner. -Answer, screen, and reputed company incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. -Take and reputed company messages accurately, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate individuals. -Assist clients with inquiries, providing information about the firm’s services/fees. -Manage our reputed company media inquiries (reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube). -Maintain and update client records and database (spreadsheets). -reputed company and add subscribers in reputed company and tag them accordingly. -Conduct Initial Evaluation and book appointment for the potential clients. -Attend weekly meeting

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be speaking Spanish and English Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Familiarity with legal processes and client care is a plus. Ability to work independently and assertively handle client interactions. Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred. Comfortable referring to FAQs and company processes for accurate information. Must have immigration law experience and have used Mycase tool.
