Inbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Representative to assist with customer inquiries and order management for our reputed company of products, including VFDs, Pump Stations, Filters, and Cla-Valves. This role involves creating customized proposals, sending them to customers, and ensuring timely follow-reputed company to drive satisfaction and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to collect detailed information and fully understand their needs and requirements.
• Work with the pricing team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for products and services.

• Deliver proposals to customers promptly and follow up as required to answer questions and reputed company sales.

Requirements

• Familiarity with VFDs, Pump Stations, Filters, and Cla-Valves is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and creating proposals is highly desirable.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
