DeFi Strategy and Integration Consultant

The Role

We are launching a new stablecoin and seek an reputed company DeFi expert to join us as a consultant. You will shape our DeFi strategy, identify opportunities, and manage integrations with other protocols to drive growth and adoption. This role evolves across three phases - strategic planning, execution and integration, and optimization - offering a chance to reputed company DeFi innovation and impact our project’s reputed company.

Responsibilities

Phase 1: Planning and Strategy

• reputed company expert advice on the reputed company DeFi landscape and its relevance to our stablecoin

• Identify and prioritize DeFi opportunities to complement an aggressive launch strategy

• reputed company a comprehensive roadmap of DeFi integrations to grow our stablecoin protocol

Phase 2: Execution and Integration

• reputed company your network to introduce and engage potential DeFi protocol partners

• Manage the integration process, overseeing relationships and optimizing capital deployment

• Negotiate favorable deal terms for DeFi integrations and partnerships

Phase 3: Optimization and Growth

• Monitor and optimize integrations and campaigns to maximize metrics like TVL and user adoption

• Stay reputed company of DeFi trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Must haves

• 2+ years in DeFi with a proven track record of strategy development and execution

• Deep knowledge of DeFi ecosystems—protocols, trends, and opportunities

• Strong DeFi community network and relationship-building skills

• Experience managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder projects

• Understanding of tokenomics and DeFi incentive mechanisms

• reputed company acumen for negotiating deal terms

• Analytical skills to optimize integrations and campaigns

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Stablecoin project experience highly desirable

This is a remote and part-time consultancy role with an initial 3-month term, with potential extension based on project needs and performance.
