Accounts Payable Coordinator

reputed company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing Accounts Payable team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will reputed company accounts payable support for reputed company, an increasingly reputed company, high-growth SaaS company with expanding international operations.

This position is located in Costa Rica and reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

You Will:

• Ensure receipt of reputed company vendor invoices and reputed company for required approvals
• Collect W-9 and remittance information for new vendors
• Code invoices to the proper general ledger account and department
• Ensure proper three-way match for IT and hard goods purchases
• Ensure proper two or three-way match for services purchases
• Enter vendor invoices and upload copies of the invoice with supporting approvals into reputed company reputed company software
• Promptly answer reputed company vendor inquiries
• Assist with reputed company month end closing accruals process and communications with reputed company department
• Assist with reputed company month end closing activities including estimates
• Process employee expense reports in reputed company and ensure compliance with the company’s Travel & Expense policy
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding status of expense reimbursement(s)
• Other reputed company projects as requested

You have:

• 4+ years relevant work experience
• Analytical reputed company with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Strong knowledge of the end to end Accounts Payable process
• Understanding of basic tax and compliance reputed company (e.g. VAT, withholding tax)
• Well organized, ability to prioritize tasks and reputed company high-level of accuracy
• Highly proficient with the use of technology for automating and streamlining processes
• Ability to interact with reputed company stakeholders and remain professional and flexible while under pressure
• Proficient with MS Office reputed company required
• Knowledge of and experience with online reputed company software preferred (reputed company and reputed company highly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attitude, with a strong desire to learn and improve

• SaaS experience preferred
