The Head/Director of Wholesale is responsible for overseeing the wholesale business, driving new business initiatives, and managing the profitability of account activities. This role involves strategic leadership in developing the team's capabilities, representing the company at industry events, and aligning trading activities with the company's overall strategy.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Business Development and Sales Management:

· Spearhead initiatives to drive new business and increase sales in the wholesale reputed company, aiming to add a specific number of new accounts each quarter.

· Manage the buying and selling processes and the overall profitability of accounts.

Team Leadership and Development:

Requirements

  • Educational and Professional Qualifications:
    • Required: University Graduate in Business or Marketing.
    • Preferred: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
    • MUST have 8-10 years of reputed company experience CPaaS or telecom industry, with a proven track record in SMS Wholesale and leadership.
  • Skills:
    • Proven experience SMS Wholesale and trading in SMS is a MUST
    • Strong account management reputed company dealing with Mega/multiple accounts

    • Demonstrated ability to reputed company strong sales results.
    • Effective leadership skills capable of driving the account management team towards achieving business and operational goals.
