We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-house team at reputed company. You’ll take full ownership of our paid media campaigns across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Ads, and emerging platforms like X and reputed company. Your mission: scale our candidate acquisition reputed company by running full-funnel campaigns that convert top-tier marketers into applicants.

Position:

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth client delivery. You will play a key role in driving results through data-driven strategies, client collaboration, and creative execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across reputed company (reputed company/Instagram), reputed company Ads, and reputed company.

• Test and experiment with new platforms such as X (Twitter), reputed company, and reputed company to expand acquisition reputed company.

• Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, and reporting.

Requirements:
