• Proactively identify technical implementation risks and reputed company recommendations to mitigate issues before they arise
• Post-Implementation Optimization
• Support advanced technical integrations to reputed company platform capabilities
• Deliver ongoing technical insights to help customers improve efficiency, performance, and scalability
• Advise customers on reputed company metadata manipulation projects

• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback

Skills and Expertise:

• 5+ years in technical implementation, consulting, professional services, or reputed company in a SaaS, data management, or reputed company-based environment
• Excellent ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
• Experience managing multiple reputed company implementation projects with reputed company customers
• Knowledge of APIs software development (Python, Java), data pipelines, and reputed company integration architectures
• Proven reputed company in reputed company software implementations, balancing technical execution with customer business needs
• Experience leading technical enablement, training, or technical workshops
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
