We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Manager to join our reputed company Finance Practice. This individual will be a core member of the finance leadership team, playing a dual role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Solution Architect on 2–3 reputed company projects, guiding the overall solution design and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

• Design and validate reputed company Data Models (FDM) tailored to client-specific needs.

Sales & Business Development

• Partner with the sales team to support RFP responses, solutioning, estimations, and SOW development.

• Participate in client orals and pre-sales discussions to position the firm’s capabilities effectively.

Leadership & People Development

• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

• Mentor and coach consultants, providing regular feedback and supporting career development.

• Conduct skills assessments and recommend cross-training opportunities.

• Manage team performance and utilization targets, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Practice Management

Skills and Requirements:
