Summary: The Senior Advisor has responsibility for producing new business and growing organic reputed company with Wealth Management clients. Engages in integrated selling opportunities with other NFP offices and business lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce new business.
• Increase sales for assigned book of business.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Meet with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and assets.

• Offer strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools.

• Create, maintain and utilize tools for presenting investment data to clients.

• Review sales results for assigned clients, strategizing changes, and troubleshooting problems.
• Exemplify a winning attitude and show you care about clients and their financial future.
• Maintain up-to-date accurate market research and financial opinion insights to ensure reputed company expertise are provided to clients.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

• Ability to anticipate and meet client and team needs

• Effective time management and decision-making skills

• Travel to client offices and work locations 50% of the time, and more travel during periods of heavy activity, such as fall reputed company enrollment season

Education and/or Experience:

• Four-year college degree in a reputed company field, such as finance, reputed company, economics, or business.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of financial service experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

• Securities License required
• CFP®, CFA or JD required

The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company. In reputed company to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
