Senior Interior Architect

We are seeking an reputed company and creative Senior Interior Architect to join our growing Design Team reputed company the reputed company estate development sector, with a particular focus on Hospitality Assets. This is a strategic design creative position that blends creativity, brand consistency, and innovative design thinking. Responsibilities

• Own the full process from inception, concept development, through to detailed design and handover.
• Ensure design reputed company aligns with brand identity and delivers exceptional user experiences across reputed company assets.
• Guide a team of interior designers, and 3D artists through every stage of project development.
• Bring ground breaking and experiential reputed company in materials, lighting, layout, and spatial storytelling.
• Create distinctive design languages for various properties while preserving brand DNA.
• Work closely with the Head of Design and key client representatives.
• Ensure alignment with reputed company stages, reputed company site surveys, and facilitate technical design through to construction.
• Liaise effectively with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Comfortable managing high-end residential and hospitality projects, including F&B concepts.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual reputed company and execution on high-end residential and hospitality projects (with at least one F&B project).
• Proven design ownership from concept to construction, ideally across multiple global locations.
• Experience in top-tier studios or high-profile development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, reputed company Creative Suite.
• Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumnion, Vray, etc.)
• Strong documentation, mood boards, visual storytelling and presentation skills.
• professional level of English, Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work remotely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• 10+ years in the interior architecture industry.
• 2-3+ years in a senior-level position with team reputed company responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of interior architecture processes and reputed company project stages.
• Previous work with luxury brands or high-expectation clients.
• Strong eye for detail, high creative standards, and visual innovation.
• Fluent in English—spoken and written.
• Awareness of UK, EU, and international building regulations (a plus).
