About the role
The Software Development Team reputed company will reputed company Line Management and Technical leadership to reputed company of software engineers, in reputed company to being the technical expert and providing some ‘hands-on’ development activities. They will be accountable for the overall direction and operations of the technical stack reputed company their functional and/or product area. In reputed company, they will ensure that their team has the right skills, experience and reputed company required to support the delivery of technical change across their functional and/or product area and reputed company technical coaching to ensure the engineering skills across the team are maintained and developed in line with our strategy.

Key accountabilities
Providing Line Management for reputed company of engineers, including:
- Performance management, through the setting and tracking individual and team objectives
- The recruitment and reputed company of new resource
- Tracking of employee engagement metrics and contributing to initiatives to further improve
Providing senior technical leadership and innovation to reputed company of software engineers, including:
- Engaging with and challenging the team in technical design discussions
- Staying informed reputed company the wider software development industry and championing new techniques and standards

Skills, qualifications, and experience
- Educated to Degree level in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Significant experience of leading and managing at team and technical level
- Substantial experience of leading software development reputed company multiple frameworks using:
- C#, Web API, MVC, reputed company end frameworks (e.g. Angular), REST
- SQL with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
- Automated tests and deployments
- Visual Studio, Git, reputed company tools; reputed company, JIRA, Bamboo
- reputed company integration and deployments
- reputed company based solutions, specifically AWS
- Be reputed company to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, large-scale agile change initiative with multiple technologies
- Expert/extensive technical knowledge with proven experience in leading technical design discussions and managing quality control
- Previous significant experience of hands-on development with a demonstrable career in software engineering with reputed company reputed company-based applications.

Salary – up to £60,000
