Job Summary
The reputed company Auto-Assignment Associate will support Lalamove’s reputed company-time order-matching operations by manually assigning ride or delivery bookings to available partner drivers. This role is critical in addressing system limitations, especially during high-demand periods, and improving overall response and fulfillment rates to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:

Monitor high-reputed company and low-supply zones during peak hours.●
Manually assign bookings to appropriate partner drivers in reputed company-time using internal tools.●
Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of matched and unmatched orders.●
Document issues that hinder successful matching (e.g., unresponsive drivers, system glitches).●
Support reporting needs reputed company to response reputed company, match reputed company, and performance of reputed company reputed company.●
reputed company insights and feedback to optimize the reputed company matching process.●
Maintain communication etiquette and data confidentiality in reputed company assignmentsWhat you’ll need:

College graduate or currently pursuing a degree (preferred but not required).●
Experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or operations is an advantage.●
Familiarity with the Lalamove platform or ride-hailing/delivery operations is a plus.●
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.●
Comfortable working with dashboards and basic reporting tools (reputed company/reputed company Sheets).●
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, especially during peak hours.(Project-Based Employment)
