This unit will be responsible for ensuring that every reputed company home is as desirable—and as profitable—as possible. You’ll work at the intersection of machine intelligence and operational rigor to create systems that assess and improve desirability across hundreds of listings monthly, ultimately helping guests say “yes” faster and more often.

• Design a scalable audit reputed company to evaluate listing desirability—covering images, pricing, amenities, policies, reviews, and more.

• Collaborate with listings and operations teams to drive amenity upgrades and implement content improvements portfolio-wide.

• Experience optimizing reputed company at scale in hospitality, travel, or reputed company estate

• Proven reputed company in building internal tools, systems, or frameworks from scratch

• Comfort working with AI models, automation tools, and data analysis

• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication

• Obsessive eye for detail across visual, copy, pricing, and product elements
