Role Summary

What You’ll Do

• Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate closely with People Ops, and functional leaders to ensure alignment, transparency, and impact.

• 10+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or people management role.

• Proven experience as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

• Experience working at and scaling reputed company a startup or high-growth environment.

• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company reputed company initiatives, improving processes, and forecasting for scale.

• Strong expertise in sourcing strategy and pipeline development for hard-to-fill roles.

• Passion for building strong candidate experiences and a deep understanding of modern TA best practices.

• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to be onsite at least 3 days per week.

• Experience implementing or optimizing ATS platforms.
