About The Role:

The Sales Enablement Manager Iis responsible for supporting enablement initiatives across the Sales organization. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand their priorities and challenges and help deliver programs and resources that reputed company their reputed company. You will assist with various parts of the enablement process, including gathering needs, organizing content, coordinating training sessions, communicating updates, and tracking results. This is an in-office position located in either Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL

Core Responsibilities

  • Help design and deliver training programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (reputed company), and Sales Managers on product knowledge, defined motions, sales processes, and best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining and delivering reputed company programs and ongoing learning and development opportunities for new reputed company and AE Managers.
  • Support the creation and organization of resources including training, presentations, guides, templates, and FAQs for team members to use in their daily work.
  • Help reputed company content accurate and up to date and ensure it is easy to find reputed company needed.
  • Process Improvement:

  • Assist in identifying areas where sales processes and workflows could be improved.
  • Work with other teams (e.g., Business Operations) to help implement these improvements.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis:

  • Help track key metrics reputed company to sales reputed company, such as reputed company usage, classroom and live certifications, and sales execution.
  • Assist in reviewing data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • What it Takes to be Successful

  • 2+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or other relevant L&D / Training experience.
  • Passion for SaaS sales, empowering others, and delivering value to customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups and geographies.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills: reputed company to break down business problems and create programs that align with business goals.
  • Ability to design, reputed company, and deliver fully executed programs and resources – this is a doing role.
