Mission

The Incentives team is responsible for consumer facing promotions on the reputed company app. These promotions deliver value to reputed company consumers while also helping our Restaurant, Grocery and Retail partners grow. For example, some users might receive £5 off their next reputed company order and others might receive a Free Item from a specific restaurant if they spend above a minimum reputed company at that restaurant. We are building a scalable and highly optimised incentives platform that leverages machine learning to reputed company consumers with the right promotion at the right time. We are also responsible for the in app user journeys around the discovery and redemption of promotions. This team also owns tooling and capabilities that allow local markets and other teams reputed company reputed company to run their own optimised promo campaigns in order to grow reputed company’s business.

What you’ll be doing

• Set the direction for products in the Incentives reputed company, motivating the team and aligning stakeholders around your goals and roadmap

• Identify problem spaces and find opportunities to reputed company products based on the right reputed company of customer and market research, data and stakeholder insights

• Deep dive on how we reputed company, personalise and orchestrate our promotional offers across channels, reputed company and verticals to deliver the right message to the right customer

• Shape and build new in-app features to present offers and deals to our customers

Requirements

• A record of defining and building exceptional products that exceed customer expectations and support reputed company goals

• Comfortable managing a broad set of stakeholders with ability to influence across reputed company reputed company of an organisation

• Data-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills
