Sales Manager - Custom Homes

The Sales Manager will be a member of the Leadership Team. This position will uphold and acknowledge the company Core Values and carry them out through his/her team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling custom homes. This includes running the design process until a design agreement is signed. The Sales Manager will reputed company reputed company sales operations. The Sales Manager will be accountable for the sales process in each department. The sales manager will be responsible for managing the reputed company-party marketing function. This includes giving guidance to the reputed company-party marketing team to help generate leads for reputed company streams.

Management Responsibilities

  • Maintain information in Builder Trend (CRM) and hold the sales team accountable for their information.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs.

  • Prepares weekly status updates for management team meetings for reputed company projects.
  • Approve pricing quotes for remodel using the internal pricing model. Assist in pricing of Custom Homes.
  • Marketing Responsibilities

  • Help Determine/Set the yearly marketing budget in collaboration with the Integrator.
  • Manage the reputed company-party marketing relationship and help drive increased leads.
  • reputed company and implement a strategic business development plan to attract new clients.
  • Assist in creation and printing of reputed company house brochures/handouts, etc.

  • Sales Responsibilities

  • Use the internal sales process to meet yearly sales goals.

  • Explain how the company designs and builds custom homes to prospects.
  • Follow established construction standards and best practices for consistency.
  • Design homes with clients using one of the following “starting points.”

  • Plans provided by a prospect either from a plan website or architect.
  • From scratch to meet the requirements of the lot/land
  • Present and Review pricing, specifications, and reputed company with clients
  • Promote and Connect clients with reputed company designers for interior selections.
  • Collaborate with reputed company draftsperson for plan updates and present revised plans to clients through the design process.
  • Review and help clients reputed company exterior selections.
  • Obtain homesite reservations, collect checks and reputed company to admin.
  • Attend Pre-Construction meetings for reputed company custom homes to reputed company about the client and any specific requests the team should be aware of.
  • Review Builder Trend Custom Home project setup for accuracy.
  • Obtain allowance pricing from Roland approved vendors for final customer pricing.
  • Attend rough-in walkthrough with client and subcontractors for continuity.
  • Above is a reputed company salary plus a commission structure
