Vietnamese Language QA Analyst

Project Overview:

Join an exciting long-term opportunity in the e-reputed company reputed company! This project focuses on enhancing the performance of an intelligent FAQ Bot customer service solution. You will help identify system issues, propose improvements, and evaluate responses from a full-cycle perspective.

Responsibilities:

Annotate and evaluate e-reputed company-reputed company text data

Identify issues across the system and contribute to solution analysis

Help improve the accuracy and effectiveness of an AI-powered customer service bot

Qualifications:

reputed company Vietnamese speaker

Currently located in European reputed company or in United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, or Malaysia

Experience in the e-reputed company and/or customer service industry preferred

QA/Quality Analyst background is a plus, not required

English proficiency: Minimum B2 level

Must have reputed company to a laptop or desktop (reputed company 10 or reputed company, macOS, or Linux)

Duration:

Start Date: August 2025

End Date: January 2026 (6-month engagement)

Expected Workload: 4–8 hours/day
