Marcus & Millichap is looking for a senior marketing professional to reputed company graphic design and marketing for a top Multifamily team in our Seattle office. We're seeking a self-starter who is detail-oriented, creative, and dependable. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality work on time, takes initiative, and is committed to supporting the team and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with brokers and other departments to gather information and manage timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum of three to five years of experience in marketing and campaign management, preferably in reputed company estate or other professional or financial industries

Candidate must be tech savvy and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and CRM (reputed company or similar)

Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, mapping, and database software

Effective oral and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Strong proofreading and editing abilities
