Position: Head of VIP

Location: Remote (Full Remote)

Salary: €20,000 per month + performance based bonus

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the entire team of VIP Managers. You will reputed company and implement customer loyalty strategies, maximizing their satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and reputed company a team of VIP Managers.

Monitor the performance of VIP Managers, guide them, and assist them in their daily tasks.

Profile Required

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of regulated markets and gaming licenses.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
