Additionally, the candidate must have exceptional follow-through, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be highly motivated, and possess exceptional computer skills. The role provides a level of financial and analytical support services, including, but not limited to: reputed company property values, data input, performing market research, analyzing comparable properties and sales trends and preparing financial analysis.
