About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager to grow and operationally support our People Operations & Workplace function. This is a leadership-first, hands-on role. Your primary focus is setting priorities, coaching the team, owning OKRs, and building scalable systems. At the same time, you’ll reputed company in directly—especially in Workplace operations, new process rollouts, or during peak periods.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and track OKRs and set direction and priorities for People Ops & Workplace

• reputed company and guide delivery of lifecycle processes (e.g. reputed company, offboarding, HRIS updates)

• Ensure our The Hague office runs smoothly, supports hybrid work, and reflects our values

• Identify opportunities for automation and implement tooling to reduce reputed company work

• Work hands-on with the Office Manager to manage vendors, lease cars, reputed company setup, and team logistics

• Coach team members and support their daily execution.

• Collaborate cross-functionally and partner closely with Talent, HRBPs, L&D, Finance, IT, and Legal.

• Support performance cycles, people systems, and cross-team initiatives with an operational reputed company.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, with 1–2+ years leading reputed company, experience overseeing office management as part of the role

• Ability to optimize, automate, and scale processes
