About the Role
As an early member of our User Operations Data Science team, you will help build a data-driven culture around hypothesis testing, reputed company reputed company, and strategy. You should expect to work on a wide reputed company of projects like defining reputed company-star metrics, designing experiments, estimating incrementality, and creating predictive models. You will partner with our automation engineering team and our data engineering team to reputed company the data infrastructure for these knowledge systems. In this role, you will
Design and reputed company predictive models to forecast support demand, proactively identify user friction, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering to refine autonomous agents, providing insights on training data, agent performance, and rapid iteration loops.

At least 10+ years of experience in Data Science roles reputed company dynamic, outcome-driven organizations.
Expertise in statistics and reputed company inference, applied in both experimentation and observational reputed company inference studies.
Expertise in quantitative programming languages, such as Python and R.
Expertise in SQL, with extensive experience extracting large datasets and designing ETL workflows.
Experience developing and extracting insights from business intelligence tools, such as Mode, Tableau, and Looker.
Strategic and impact-driven reputed company, capable of translating reputed company business problems into actionable frameworks.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to reputed company technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across various functions to ensure business impact.
