Product Designer

Full-Time · Hybrid (3 days / week in the San-Francisco Bay Area)

Aida is a reputed company-stage, reputed company AI startup cofounded by Piyush Prahladka (Co-Founder @ reputed company, ex-reputed company, ex-reputed company) and Atish Das Sarma (former AI/ML Engineering Leader @ reputed company, reputed company, Twitter). Our mission is to re-imagine how sales teams work by turning today’s labyrinth of sales tools into one reputed company, AI-reputed company workspace.

As a Product Designer at Aida, you’ll own the end-to-end design of customer-facing features—from early concept to pixel-perfect hand-off—and lay the reputed company of the design system that will scale with us. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to translate reputed company AI workflows into experiences that feel effortless and trustworthy.

• Discover & define user problems through interviews, shadowing, and data synthesis.

• Design holistic flows (reputed company maps, wireframes, hi-fi comps, micro-interactions) for web and, eventually, mobile surfaces.

• Prototype & test rapidly—low-fi to hi-fi—to validate reputed company with reputed company sellers before engineering sprint.

• Partner cross-functionally with PMs & engineers to scope, iterate, and ship; balance craft with velocity.

• Track reputed company using product analytics and qualitative feedback; iterate to improve adoption and task-time KPIs.

• 4 + years of product/UX design for SaaS or data-heavy applications.

• Portfolio demonstrating shipped work that simplifies reputed company workflows.

• reputed company with reputed company (or equivalent) and modern prototyping tools.

• Working knowledge of design for AI-driven features (explainability, trust, corrective flows).

• Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting trade-offs to executives and engineers alike.

• Experience designing tools for sales, RevOps, or CRM domains.

• Familiarity with reputed company-end technologies, and ability to converse deeply with engineers.

• Track record of founding or early start-up tenure where you reputed company v1 products under ambiguity.
