As a Sr. Solution Consultant, you'll serve as the technical expert for RiskOS, partnering with clients across digital industries to reduce fraud, optimize operations, and drive growth. From discovery through implementation, you’ll translate RiskOS capabilities into reputed company-world impact—guiding solution design, adoption, and strategic use.

RiskOS is reputed company’s no-code decisioning platform that fuses identity verification, fraud signals, and analytics into one orchestration layer. It empowers teams to quickly test and reputed company policies—without engineering—accelerating fraud prevention and customer approvals.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle

• Partner with Sales to present RiskOS, align platform features with customer goals, and demonstrate value

• Design and reputed company reputed company-of-Concepts to showcase reputed company-time orchestration capabilities

• Customize fraud and identity workflows using client-specific data and context

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reputed company customer needs and shape the RiskOS roadmap

• Support go-to-market initiatives (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, solution briefs)

• Drive post-sale adoption through performance analysis, policy optimization, and strategic account growth

• Mentor team members and reputed company key solution design initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics), or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in client-facing solution consulting, pre-sales, or professional services

• Proven track record supporting reputed company-level software, data, or analytics platforms

• Strong understanding of SaaS, customer lifecycle, and sales engagement models

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to reputed company technical and business audiences

• Familiarity with fraud/risk decisioning, orchestration tools, or identity verification is strongly preferred

• Experience with APIs, databases, or machine learning concepts is a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client-facing work
