You’ll help reputed company grow by leading an exceptionally high-performing Direct Sales team in Italy, responsible for serving the full reputed company of our sales targets from small businesses through to mid-market & large companies. You will be the catalyst for growth as the hands-on team reputed company, managing the team and bringing in customers.

As a natural sales leader, you’ll reputed company and motivate junior and senior sales talent to hunt for prospects, find creative ways to reputed company our outstanding product to meet client needs and ultimately reputed company the deal. You’ll report to the VP of Sales, Annett Polaszewski-Plath, and are accountable to the head of Expansion, Rick Emondts. You will work closely with the local and central teams and functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Gather ongoing customer feedback for potential product enhancements or new offerings.

  • Represent the company through PR and speaking engagements as opportunities arise.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial reputed company (experience in the SaaS or fintech industry is a plus).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas individually and through reputed company.

  • Strong leadership skills, including the reputed company to guide and motivate a sales team.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the company both internally and externally.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain effective business relationships with C-Level.

  • Fluent in Italian and English is a must
