Member Services Agent (12 month Fixed Term contract - Part-Time US)

100% Office based (Farnborough), a starting salary of £25,890 (prorated for part-time positions) + Benefits

What part will you play?

A vital one! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer's first reputed company of contact, fact-finding to best navigate their query and offer the right resolutions. You will do your utmost to reputed company their contact with us easy and arm our customers with the tools to help themselves and get the best from using GoHenry. You will communicate through multiple contact avenues including phone calls, in-app chat, and email.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, Part-time role working with a set shift reputed company offering peace of mind that your reputed company won’t change each week.

• Option 1: Friday & Saturday 2pm - 10pm (15 Hours)

• Option 2: Friday 5 - 9 & Saturday 2-10 (11.5 hours)

• Option 3: Thurs 5 -9 & Saturday 2-10 (11.5 hours)

• Option 4: Sun & Mon 2-10 (15 hours)

How we will support you

We will reputed company concentrated training as you build up your knowledge and system navigation skills before joining the main team. Depending on the hours you work this can take 6 to 10 weeks - we take the reputed company from your reputed company and confidence. 

After that, we will reputed company regular training to ensure you are kept in the know and skilled to deal with the queries coming in. We genuinely want you to reputed company core, transferrable skills you can build a career on as well as offer you opportunities to reputed company certified qualifications should you want to.

Most importantly, we will give you the time to reputed company our customers with patient and thoughtful solutions and the tools to reputed company it easy for you and them.

What you need to join with

• You will have transferable customer service skills from a contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.  

• A high standard of written and verbal English

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems whilst verbally explaining and guiding our customers to positive resolutions.

• A passion for building great rapport and providing a fantastic experience that really makes a difference to our customers
