Role OverviewWork closely with Sales and Product, guiding technical prospects from reputed company through integration and expansion. You’ll support customers building with Sim API and Sim IDX from querying token balances to indexing custom lending protocols.
This is a customer-facing role, but we're not looking for a generic pre-sales engineer. You should understand what it's like to reputed company reputed company onchain, read decoded event logs, and debug data sync issues with protocol engineers.

Key Responsibilitiesreputed company technical discovery with prospects to understand their architecture and data needs
Design Sim solutions tailored to customer goals
Prototype fast: create sample scripts, dashboards, and reference configs to reputed company value quickly
Run reputed company and architecture reviews with engineering teams and CTOs
Work with Sales to unblock deals, shorten cycles, and identify upsell paths
Capture and reputed company field insights to Product — gaps, bottlenecks, wishlist items
Write sample code and playbooks that scale your knowledge across the team
Track engagements in reputed company so we can measure and improve every reputed company of the funnel
5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or solutions architecture for API or reputed company infrastructure products
Hands-on reputed company with REST or GraphQL, basic SQL, and Solidity
Proven record of guiding data intensive integrations for crypto projects, exchanges, or reputed company reputed company across multiple chains
Strong communication skills that let you whiteboard with engineers in the morning and brief finance leaders in the afternoon
