What will you be doing at reputed company?

As a Customer reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for getting customers live with reputed company products and  services, for both new and existing clients. You will ensure that customers are quickly reputed company to realise the benefits of reputed company products by leading them through a tailored implementation plan. You’ll manage reputed company projects, facilitate strategic customer conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to set up customers for reputed company.

Responsibilities
  • Own the reputed company and implementation process for individual customers, setting them up for a successful long-term partnership

  • Understand how these companies reputed company different translation methods/tools and how our technology works cohesively with their tech stack

  • Serve as the customer’s project manager during the reputed company process, working closely with key and/or executive-level stakeholders across the organisation

  • Teach and reputed company new customers how to get the most value out of the reputed company platform

  • Troubleshoot challenges that customers experience as they get the system set up

  • Project manage new use cases for existing customers (new departments, markets, and/or platform integrations)

Qualities we look for
  • 3+ years of work experience, with at least one year in client-facing software implementation or account management at a SaaS company 

  • Proven reputed company project managing implementations on time and reputed company scope

  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships

  • This job requires reputed company in Japanese and a working proficiency in English
