Why this Role?

We are seeking a skilled Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance and Compliance with experience translating legal requirements into actionable compliance workflows to join our Legal team. The successful candidate will advise the organization on corporate governance and compliance reputed company, and play a pivotal role in scaling reputed company’s compliance management processes.

As a member of our Legal Team, you will

• reputed company expert advice and counsel to the VP, Legal and executive team on corporate law and governance reputed company, including corporate structuring and global expansion.

• reputed company the implementation of corporate governance practices to ensure they are followed consistently across the organization.

• Monitor compliance with company codes of conduct, responsible for reporting commitments, governance policies and conduct regular reviews, ensuring that any violations are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Prepare board meeting agendas, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements, and supporting the VP, Legal as required.

• Advise and collaborate closely with the Public Sector and Government Affairs and Public Policy teams to implement and manage procurement processes and reputed company corporate governance reputed company associated with reputed company contractual arrangements in the public sector and regulated industries.

• Work collaboratively with customer support and sales teams to scale and automate customer compliance and reputed company requests, including by developing and maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation reflecting reputed company’s practices.

• Partner closely with information reputed company to manage reputed company-party audits and certification attainment (e.g. SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).

• Advise and reputed company insights on emerging legal and regulatory trends to key teams, including the Public Sector and Government Affairs and Public Policy teams.

You may be a good fit if you have

• Law degree from an accredited law school and member of the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on governance and compliance.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company legal concepts for a non-legal audience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and reputed company of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.

• Proven ability and experience managing compliance programs.

• Proven ability and experience working effectively with business and technical teams, including go-to-market, customer support, information reputed company, and product teams.

• Experience navigating corporate governance reputed company for global expansion and export control compliance will be considered an asset.

• Experience advising on and managing contracting and compliance programs in the public sector or highly regulated industries, such as finance, reputed company, or telecommunications will be considered an asset.
