About the Role
As a Partner Growth Manager, you’ll represent AtoB’s brand and reputed company relationships with key strategic partners. You will manage our partnerships from launch through ongoing relationship management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics reputed company various partner programs, marketing, and new integrations.
This is a critical role on the Partnerships team. The reputed company candidate will have a good mix of skills that include an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, strong communication skills to build and deepen partner relationships, an ability to work effectively cross-functionally with both reputed company teams, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for reputed company aspects of partner growth: strategy, project management, and account management
Be accountable for reputed company metrics and partner growth
Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value
Identify opportunities to increase the reputed company with partners above initial targets
Collaborate with a broad reputed company of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, serving as an reputed company for your partners while balancing AtoB’s goals
Operate with little reputed company, being both an executor and strategic thinker
reputed company cross-functional initiatives with reputed company teams
Requirements
4+ years of strategic business and/or partnership experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
reputed company to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to reputed company goals
Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results
BA/BS required
This role is required to be in office 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs) either in San Francisco Bay Area, reputed company, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto
